1. Free introductory conversation
A 15-minute call to understand your situation, what you're trying to decide and whether career counselling is appropriate.
2. Detailed career questionnaire
After the introductory call, Melissa sends you a questionnaire designed to gather information about your interests, experience, goals and current options.
3. Personalised research and preparation
Melissa reviews your responses and spends time researching relevant careers, study pathways and practical options before your consultation.
4. One-hour career counselling session
You work through the findings together, compare options and leave with personalised recommendations and clearer next steps.
After your consultation, you’ll leave with clear next steps and tailored pathway recommendations based on your questionnaire, Melissa’s research and your discussion.
